I’m Michelle, Your Pelvic Health Physiotherapist.
I started PhysioSista because I’m passionate about helping women like you feel heard, supported, and empowered to understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their health. With over 20 years of experience in physiotherapy, I’ve worked with thousands of women navigating everything from bladder issues to prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy recovery, and beyond.
I know pelvic health symptoms can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to.
My goal is to equip you with the knowledge, tools and confidence to try new strategies, explore your limits, and discover what your body is really capable of.
